  • Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
  • While we work with trusted delivery partners, please note that unforeseen delays may occur. Atelier assumes no responsibility for such irregularities.
  • We do not ship on national holidays, which may result in extended delivery times during these periods.

Hong Kong Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping Cost: HK$35
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over HK$500.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after order processing.

International Shipping

Delivery Times

  • Shipping times vary from 10-20 business days (excluding holidays), depending on the destination country or region.
  • A tracking link will be provided in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your country.
  • Free shipping on orders over USD120 to countries we ship to. 

Address Changes

  • If the shipping address needs to be updated after your order has been shipped, any additional fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Taxes and Duties

  • United States: Prices for shipments to the US include all applicable taxes.
  • European Union:
    • Orders under €150 are shipped with the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system. This means that all applicable taxes and duties are already included in the price you see at checkout. You will not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
    • For orders above €150, duties and taxes may apply, and these will be the responsibility of the customer upon importation, depending on your local customs regulations.
  • Other Countries:
    • Shipments may incur import duties and additional delays due to customs inspections.
    • As the recipient, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or related charges imposed by your country.
    • Atelier cannot process returns or refunds for non-payment of import duties once your order has been dispatched.
    • We recommend checking with your local customs authorities for detailed information on duties, taxes, and payment methods.

Dealersend is our trusted logistics partner for handling worldwide shipping. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you can track it using the tracking number at: https://dealer-send.com/en-US/track-my-shipment.

After the parcel arrives in your destination country, it will be handed over to a local delivery partner for final dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary, and we are unable to control the timing once it is passed to the local partner. For more accurate updates, you may refer to their tracking system using the provided tracking number.
